Strategic planning

The Three-Year Strategic Plan is the document in which the Department identifies and outlines the strategy to achieve its objectives in Research, Teaching, and Third Mission/Social Impact, along with the necessary actions and resources.
The Plan stems from internal and external consultations with stakeholders, and it highlights both the timeline priorities and the indicators used to monitor the achievement of these objectives. The results of this monitoring serve as the basis for any potential corrective actions and for the continuous updating of the planning process.
The planning and implementation process relies on a participatory approach, involving the governing bodies, departmental committees, and the academic community, in order to ensure transparency, shared vision, and consistency.
