As part of the engagement and interaction activities with the primary and secondary schools, the DMS faculty members have been involved in various educational events, including:
• Educational event at ICRE aimed at students on the topic of education on vaccine culture;
• Initiative “EDUCAZIONE alla SESSUALITÀ all’AFFETTIVITÀ alla SALUTE RIPRODUTTIVA per i/le giovani a SCUOLA” (Education on Sexuality, Affectivity, and Reproductive Health for young people at School);
• BIOTECH week, which includes initiatives and events to showcase biotechnologies and celebrate the key role that biotech plays in improving our quality of life;
• “Amico andrologo campus” (Andrologist Friend Campus), an education and awareness campaign on male sexual and reproductive health care;
• Memorandum of Understanding between the Department of Experimental Medicine and the Giuseppe Peano State High School in Rome, Leader of the “Rete delle scuole che promuovono la salute” (Network of Health Promoting Schools)."
