Bachelor's and Master's Degree Programs

The Department hosts the Single Cycle Master's Degree in Medicine and Surgery, as well as Bachelor's Degrees and Master's Degrees in the Health Professions.

Professional Master’s Programs (Master)

These are post-graduate or post-specialization study programs. University Master's programs can be Level I or Level II:
Level I Master: Accessible to those holding at least a Bachelor's degree (Laurea di primo livello).
Level II Master: Accessible exclusively to those holding a Master's degree (Laurea Specialistica/Magistrale) or a "pre-reform" degree (Vecchio Ordinamento).

PhD Programs

These are post-graduate courses lasting 3 years. Admission is granted through a public competition based on qualifications and exams.

Specialization Schools

These are post-Master's courses that provide the knowledge and skills required for specific professional activities. They allow graduates to obtain the license to practice these professions. A Specialization Diploma is issued at the end of the course.

Training and Advanced Training Courses

These courses are designed for both cultural promotion and professional development. They do not lead to the awarding of a degree, though they may award credits that are not necessarily recognized within the regulations of standard Bachelor's and Master's degree programs. Candidates without a university degree may also apply for these courses.
